I think they'd need to allow dwarves to become bonedancers and trolls to become shadowblades. Then the game would be balanced.

I already said yes, but just to illustrate:
Valkyn Savage -> Troll Savage
Troll Shaman -> Kobold Shaman
Those would be my two respecs.
