I would rather they fixed incorrect rising stats before race choices. It takes me aug dex 9 to get 392 on my animist. Going celt would make it ad8. Better, but not the fix.
I believe a bunch of caster classes still get quickness as a rising stat? Woot for them... At least the ani has constitution so it takes me longer to die when I can't get a cast off in time.

I would have liked that. My norse thane made me cry. He's so ugly.
$15 to $20 seems about a fair price.
After spending years and probably hundreds of dollars in subscriptions, a $15 or $20 fee is a very small price to pay to be able to save and move that character to your preferred race rather than starting over from scratch or living forever with your poor judgement. 
They can't have it too cheap that people start changing races on causal whims.

no, if they did it for ingame currency, wich is FAAAR to easy to get these days..
it would have to be 200 plat per item, 3+ items that when used, combine into a race respec stone.
because you can grind to plat cap in less then a month, and race changes every month would be stupid.

male elf champ -> celt female
female elf ment -> luri female (possibly, elf is kinda ok though i guess)
Don't think I have anything else I'd change, but I've rerolled probably three characters already due to race choices over the years.

Elf chanter -> luri chanter
kobold skald -> troll skald
Kobold BD -> valkyn BD
Frosty SM -> kobold SM
i think theres a couple more, but you get why i out this up.
