Like any other dictator put in power by force, he'll probably have to kill a million or two just to scare the opposition enough to keep his place as leader.
OR
He will take advantage of the young populous and try to stabilize the region.

All that nonsense would take a back burner as I would continue to partake in massive orgies, and self indulgence of German beer, while smoking the finest green. This would continue thru pretty much my entire Kingshipness.
