never had an issue with mine, but then again i didn't use it for more then 30 seconds.

haha, I've had one for years and never keep it charged, it just sits in my purse.

Hmm... another friend of mine had a sound ID one extra (he works for att so he wins them in contests and stuff sometimes) that he just gave me, works way better... so far I'm happy... will be nice for talking to friends with PS3 haha
