Is it just me, or does this happen when you shave your balls?

Everytime I shave my balls, they start to smell like ball sweat. Like the hair has soaked up ball sweat, and held it there, so when I shave it, all that old fermented ball sweat gets realeased...

Just to be clear, they can be clean as possible, fresh out of the shower. No smell at all (as far as I can tell, it's not like I can bend over and stick my nose right in there to sniff them..), but as soon as I take a razor to them, it unleashes the fury of month old ball sweat. I can't be the only one with this problem...
