In order to be competitive it takes hours of grinding, practice, and farming.
And I just can't do it anymore 
It definitely takes some getting into. Still a great game though. It took me 2 months to be competitive (to the point where I stopped grinding and just let the game level me). Once you have a few key things in that game, you are good to go and the team fights are really fun.
