1.Get destroyed by a couple of guys of an opposing faction.
2.Come back with your main or several of your friends and pay them back.
3.See if they come back with more people. If they do, get owned and start spamming the region and your guild for help.
4. War
5. ???
6. Profit
That is how world PvP works if you want it to be fun.

I loved PvP in UO.
I enjoyed it a bit in AC but rarely went red and usually just got owned so bad it wasn't fun.

Been loving this game for a couple years ago.
My best friend has been trying to get me to play that since he was playing it before it got the US release...
I'm just not sure that I have the time required to invest in a game like that anymore.
In order to be competitive it takes hours of grinding, practice, and farming.
And I just can't do it anymore

And I just can't do it anymore
It definitely takes some getting into. Still a great game though. It took me 2 months to be competitive (to the point where I stopped grinding and just let the game level me). Once you have a few key things in that game, you are good to go and the team fights are really fun.
This is a recent 4v5 I was in with comms included.
