this reminds me of the time i mixed up chili powder and cayenne powder in a recipe. that was a hilarious evening.

meh, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, they're all red, what's the difference?

I realize now I do not fear death. I fear my daughter will not be free when I die.

There is a big difference between flavor and heat. I hate the trend towards tongue numbing sauces.

this. I dont mind hot, but i still need some flavor. "hot" is not a flavor and a lot of really "hot" sauces have hardly any flavor. hot for the sake of hot adds nothing to a meal imo. I love my hot sauces to be loaded with flavor, whether they set my eyes watering or not i can careless about as long as it tastes good.
