Haha I'm afraid to ask for the price too. Bomb ass laptop though. Can do some serious on the road gaming with that hardware

Well he could always just not take the battery to make it lighter -- I dont see that as working long without a power cord available. Might want to invest in some form of external cooling for it also -- that thing probably gets hotter than blue blazes. Afraid to ask what you paid for that thing.
About 3 hours gaming on battery power. It doesn't get too hot either. Paid around 2k (WAY lower than original price). I think original was closer to 3k.
edit - I already have an ultrabook for easy portable work. This was more of a going somewhere for awhile so i can work and game laptop, so I'm not super worried if it ends up being annoying to move around

Haven't used it anywhere with a ton of light yet, so not sure. I can see it being bad in sunlight though, so I may end up getting a matte overlay for it

I wasn't too thrilled about the price, but I had to go through Dell as that's where our work account is, and none of their XPS lines had decent dedicated graphics
