Kids with access to video equipment and high speed data transfer....no one will be watching the teacher, they will be downloading video games, porn, and pirated movies.... and sexting each other.

It is hard enough to get them out of bed to go school and do homework and etc etc etc. so lets let them stay home on the internet unmonitored all day.

I don't buy the notion that school is where we learn to socialize. I learned to socialize outside of school. In school teachers were always crabbing about people talking in class. Ask me, I say there is way too much socializing going on. That's why the Chinese are passing us.
