I bowled three games today.

Now I can't life my right arm, and I have the worst case of shin splints on my left leg I've ever had in my life.
What the eff?

Did you stretch out? 
I worked at a Fair Lanes over 20 years ago and employees got to bowl free. I used to crank out 30 games straight and not even feel it.
5-6 games now and I'm hurting (thighs and knees mostly).

After two games, I am not really sore but my thumb is rubbed a little raw from the ball. So we never usually bowl a third.
You must really be out of shape.

Bowling leagues are fun.  I could never understand all the drinking though. I would have a few beers and totally suck! Everyone drank buckets

If I could find just the right amount of alcohol I'd get in a groove. Was mighty tough to find though, and more often than not couldn't find it

I used to average just shy of 200 in multiple leagues and if I drank at all while I bowled, I wouldn't come within 30 points of my average.
