its policy if we refer a cater we are supposed to get a % of the bill.
my friend who is a assistant tool pusher for Halliburton has got 2 well sites being drilled one after another.
anyways I told him come get catering from us and say my name and I get a bonus.
anyways a few weeks go bye two paychecks and no bonus, I asked about it and got no answer was told it was up to the gm.
so anyways I mentioned something to my buddy last week about it and he said I will address it. This morning I go to work and the cater has been cancelled.
two caters a day at $550 a pop for how ever long it takes to drill two wells gone

Nice, cut off your nose to spite your face. Now you will definitely get nothing as opposed to a possibility. Did you ever even contemplate at least some of the money from a referral has to come in before you are paid?
Most referrals work that way when it is a %.
You really won though.

they pay daily with a credit card when we deliver the cater.
2 pay periods have went bye.
I asked questions first and made sure my ducks where in a row.

You forgot the ducks of asking the GM and what Tipz and I have already said.
The way you worded it though it sounded like he cancelled the catering before it started.
Maybe your food just sucks then?

no the guy ordering the food is my friend, they have two wells to frack and he is one of the boss types. I told him when he comes back to town to start fracking get catering from my store, so I can get a bonus from the referral. I saw him last week and asked if he gave them my name and he said yes and then I forget about it and I was off sunday and monday and apparently, he cancelled the cater after last week.
