Lol...nah I don't know what he really looks like.
But yeah, it's Russia so...a little friendly violence is not unusual. Kids play ice hockey in Russia, there's fights in that sport...and kids get teeth knocked out by fists, sticks and hockey pucks. It's not like violence is totally out of the norm to male teenagers growing up in...any country.
