You will probably not listen to me anyway, but I have thought this for a while now.
You need to quit obsessing about the numbers at this point. You have made amazing progress. You just add extra stress which can affect further gains by worrying about every ounce at this point. You are in a very tough phase that can take a long time to complete.
Quit tracking numbers and mix up your workouts to higher output things like martial arts or competitive running or biking or something you enjoy. Concentrating on that will free your mind and the rest will follow.
