Just noticed that I missed the "Who" in the original post. Not that it matters, no way I could sit through that much of that show. Well maybe depending on which version but at least a few of them I never did like.

Tom Baker is the 4th doctor, the best doctor, the only doctor worthy of the title.
He and his scarf changed the world, and saved it multiple times. Watching all his episodes is well worth the effort, go for it......

Yeah, we're watching the original series. At least, we're watching every serial available on Netflix. Once we're done, we'll move on to the new series.
I don't understand why some of you think this is some kind of torture or punishment. My boyfriend & I always watch TV during & after dinner. It's not like we're sealing ourselves in a room until we're done watching them all. That'd be pretty unfeasible given the time it takes to get the next DVD.
