It will supposedly cost $70-80 bucks more than the iPad 2 when it was first released
I think I'll save my money and spend it on a Windows 8 tablet when they come out if no one can port Windows 8 to the HP TouchPad

Unfortunately, I'm one of them, ha ha... I have an iPad2. I either play games on it (yay, appshopper!) or read books...

Unfortunately, I'm one of them, ha ha... I have an iPad2. I either play games on it (yay, appshopper!) or read books...
I want mine for web browsing on the front porch or sofa, where a laptop isn't as useful. Basically, I have a specific use in mind and it will get a lot of use so its worth it to me.

Tablets are wicked useful. Way better than popping open a laptop and for travel their battery life is invaluable

You haven't figured out apple's way of doing things yet? Release a crappy product, then each time you figure out a way to fix one of the minor issues re-release it and add a number to it and charge more.
