Looking for anecdotes about Obama's past

Can't seem to find any that humanize him. "He went to Harvard" isn't a story. What did he do when he was there? Looking for something more like the drowning family that Mitt Romney rescued on his jet ski - like that kind of story. Is there an Obama story that is interesting that other people have verified? Seems like every president has at least a few anecdotes that humanize them, but I can't find any for Obama and we need some. Otherwise, his presidential story will read like this:
Born in Hawaii.
Moved to XXXX
Moved to XXXX
Moved to XXXX
Moved to XXXX
Went to Occidental College
Went to Harvard Law
Was on the books as a law professor
Worked as a "community organizer"
Elected to Senate
Elected President
Gave a lot of speeches
Boring.

Oh, like how Dubya was AWOL doing cocaine in Texas the entire time he was enlisted active duty air force in another state and his father (then CIA director) made it all go away?

Well, that wasn't verified by others but yeah, if it was verified. Stuff like that. But no, not Sean Hannity kind of stories like OMG REVERAND RIGHT!!! Interesting verified Obama life stories. I'm making a documentary and starting here on ACF.
