Honestly the appearance change looks more like some plastic surgery... it doesn't look like there's anything big from drug use (besides looking pale and unhealthy for a bit).

There were a couple years that she was really quite stunning. Although to be honest those were some of the best photos I have ever seen of her.

I think natural blondes can look quite beautiful. Strawberry blondes and whatnot...
but when non-blondes try to bleach their hair blonde, it just looks disgusting and drab and awful.
