Honestly the appearance change looks more like some plastic surgery... it doesn't look like there's anything big from drug use (besides looking pale and unhealthy for a bit).

No, not really, she has no telltale features of 'extreme' aging. She's just had some weight change and her complexion isn't great right now. She's not up to par for the intense scrutiny celebrity photos get.
I think any appearance of aging is just her high cheeks, which is probably from some plastic surgery. And the bleach blonde hair. Well actually it looks like she always had those cheeks.

She is a stunning woman but that last hair color really does drain her and add on the years big time. With jezza on her comment about that pic with that hair color, washes her out and makes her look haggard as hell.
