International Transactions fee will increase from 2% to 3%.
Abandoned account fee up to $10 per month (Charged after 6 months with no
transactions)
Currently, the abandoned account fee is up to $19 per month (Charged after 9 months with no transactions)
that is copy and pasted from a fee schedule change change email from a bank I use.
I never knew they could do that to begin with guess I am closing this account.

I'm finding that it is actually profitable to keep cash under your mattress. After a bank charges you the monthly fees for having a simple savings and checking account with them, you actually lose money if you keep it in the bank.

Since I no longer travel a lot, I no longer have a need for having a bank with branches and atm's nationwide.
I guess its time to stop procrastinating and switch every thing every back to nfcu, and just use walmart to cash checks if I need check cashing services.

ya, i found that out too...my old bank had a 6 months with no transactions rule.
i would go and update my account book every year and found out the first year they put that in.
i no longer do any business with them.
