It's basically a synthetic meth. It's labelled as bath salts and marked "not for human consumption" to avoid FDA regulation. Same as some of the synthetic marijuana are sold as "incense"...

synthetics are really terrible. in the 80's some guy was making a synthetic opiate, but messed up a step in synthesis and ended up making a neurotoxin. users woke up with a parkinsonian paralysis.

My son said it has been around forever, just making some weird come back.

He doesn't know anyone stupid enough to have tried the stuff.
