he was too far out for me to say he is blameless. he's not 100% at fault though. i don't understand why he was where he was to turn when the turn lane ended a good few feet behind him.

The taxi driver was actually moving to the right when he suddenly turned left. Despite his turn signal this body movement is highly misleading.


He should get a beat down for his reward.

Go pull out the way into the opposite lane, people are gonna mark you off as gone and unimportant. BAM SWERVE BACK IN.

He didn't just take it a "bit wide". His left tire was fully on/in the center lane stripe when he made his left hand turn. He had completely changed lanes by that point.
