Well, considering it appears he is already banned on the IGN side (if you click on his name, it gives an error trying to go to his profile), so I suspect that is the real reason he is "done".
It gives that error if you've never posted there too.

I've tried the IGN Boards once before and can't find myself to lower my IQ to their posting standards, so, I'm moving to the Refugee. But in all seriousness; I don't like the IGN Boards and Vesti posters are SURE to invade new-ACF. Fact be told: Vesti posters are more annoying than Twitter users.

i can't even sign up for the new IGN and my old accounts are hosed. (i think either IGN or my email service is prevent any account creation on my end).
screw it, i'm out.
probably join reddit instead.
