That's the thing.
You don't get renamed for having a name that could be perceived as offensive.
You get renamed for having a name that could be perceived as offensive and annoying someone enough to make them try to make life miserable for you by reporting it.

I always thought it was a "Triple enema".
That, or "Animal Trigonometry".
Taking into account abbreviations and a perverted use of dyslexia, that is. 
Side note: I can't decide if 'Dylsexia' is a clever character name or just incredibly juvenile. Either way I chuckle everytime I see him run past.
