I did Scholo today on my Mage, it's low 40's now. Was weird... a lot of stuff was still the same, and it was really nice having ALL the quests at the entrance. Stratholme is mid-40's now too, also weird. I think the reward from the Balthazzar quest was bugged though, because it was an Int dagger with ZERO spellpower.

The new Deadmines was also a blast, much better than before.

i haven't seen spellpower on any weapon below 60, talehon.

Weapons should have SP though... The BoA ones do, as do most of the ones above 60. The ones below 60 didn't before because, that was just how itemization was. I know Int = SP, but weapons got the pass to still have it.
