Not quite true i213 = i359 due to the fact that EPIC required 213 gear not 200. i333 = i187 for Superior

Epic (purple) did not begin at 213 in WoTLK. It started at 200 as previously stated.

I believe he's talking about the Epic achievement, which did indeed require ilvl 213+ epic gear.
