I just tried 5 resets on non heroic on a L80 toon and no hat.

It looks like you can only get this on a L80 toon if you go Heroic versions of the LK dungeons. I've queued for this a couple of times, waited 45 mins for a group, got to the hat and lost the roll of course. This will take forever, and I have 4 toons that need to finish this year. Thanks Blizzard for changing this

I got both the geen and red hats last year on normal, solo'd nexus for the red one.

Y'know I had the most trouble with the Let It Snow achievement. With no neutral major city for this expansion it made looking for opposing factions more...interesting.
