I believe I posted in the previous thread. It dropped my latency significantly in both wow and bad company 2.

Also been using it for years.
All it does is deal with windows' built-in throttling of tcp/ip...
I recommend to all my guildies that have latency issues, do new windows installs, and/or aren't already familiar with it.
