Why is it so hard to accept that someone has that point of view even if it "benefits" them?
The GMs probably didn't look at it this way. They are probably told to err in the favor of the customer and move on to the next. It isn't worth the time and isn't going to destroy the economy anymore than the 5 million gold farmers on Azshara.
Ever go out of your way to help someone out, only to have them criticize you in the end? That is what this post reminds me of, and I guess it struck home.
