i tried all that today and i got an agent that told me there is a forgot password button when u log into daoc and that thats the only way to change it LOLOL!!!!!!!

Honestly at this point if I were you I'd be telling them if they don't fix it right then I'd be canceling all my accounts.

their CS reps wouldn't even help me out to retrieve my account even though i had all the CD keys. of course i wouldn't remember a 8-10 year old secret word..... the CS literally sucks

sure does i finally got it all set but almost wasnt worth the effort. 99% of CS there dont know was daoc is or how to handle issues with it
