And yes, the sweet potatoe fries were devine. 
Do you do those just like you would normal potatoes? I've often heard of the better nutritional value from using them, but I still haven't tried. Also, I'm guessing you baked them?
I fry mine. Parboil until they're opaque on the outside then fry until done. Sprinkle with salt when they come out of the oil then enjoy!

I cheat and get my sweet potato fries from Trader Joes  I've gotten my friends all hooked on them now too hehe

i have never had sweet potato fries. i have had sweet potato chips and didnt care for them much.
rutabaga fries sound interesting. rutabaga is one of my favorite vegetables.
