I think my bottle of Daves was tossed last year. Didn't use it quick enough and was scarred of it's age 
And I didn't use Oyster Sauce either.

My bottle of Daves must be 6 months old by now. I never ever use more than 1 tablespoon of it at a time, and that's only in a big pot of chili.
Even it gets borderline too hot for me, and I love hot food.
Most of the time I use an amount that would cover my pinky fingernail.
I'm scared of it.
