Oh, I love my pressure cooker!! Awesome to use for stews especially, and my favorite, mashed potatoes in 10 minutes! I tend to use the crock pot for roasts as it leaves things *really* tender, but sometimes I won't think about making something until it's too late to use the crock pot... hello pressure cooker!
Get one, learn to use it, and I think you will also enjoy it!

Whoo Hoo! Hubby bought me a brand new Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker for my birthday! It came with a lot of recipes too
