This would turn to poop pretty quickly I imagine, even by the end of the salad I would think. You've got so much grease and fat in your 'dressing' that unless it stays a warm salad, it would turn into gross in about 5 minutes. All that fat will start to congeal the minutes you combine it with all that cold salad and cucumber.
Add some feta cheese into your recipe and you've got basically a classic warm greek salad.
