Despite it being a bit slow in the middle I liked the book, too bad it'll probably be ages before the 3rd one

i think it becomes pretty clear who Kvothe kills....it's clearly Ambrose...this is alluded to by the nickname "Kingkiller" and his sword being named "Poetkiller" ...one of which ambrose will become no doubt and one of which ambrose thinks he is...
