I feel sorry for the 1 Outposter in 10 who always ends up with dry turkeys.

Cook your turkey in a bag. Never have a dry turkey ever again.

We had ham, meatballs, potato salad, boiled shrimp,spinach-artichoke dip. We grazed all day long.
We get the best little french breads (pistolettes) from a Vietnamese bakery in New Orleans. We freeze them, then when we need them, we take them out and pop them in the oven. Like they were fresh baked.

We had turkey this year which was a first. We always have ham and lots of salads and something roasted
I cooked prawns on the BBQ and some corn. We were meant to have a whole snapper but there was a minor disaster

Dry turkey is a noob mistake. My turkey would make even a disagreeable Asians tongue aglow with elated fits of pleasure.
