In learning theory, we call those who get it helping those who dont get it, the ZOPED model ( zone of proximal development). It is a social learning theory and produces better results in general. It was introduced by a Russian named Lev Vygotsky. The Western model is an individual model. Allstar is just saying help where you can , it makes our world better. I agree.
