yeah. i just got it. it's baller.
i installed Simple and Clean 2.4.3 ROM and SiyahKernel 2.6 and the battery life got a lot better.
fav/most used apps so far: titaniumbackup, jefit, electricsleep, evernote, calengoo, xscope pro, dropbox, habit streak
fav games: everlands, burn the city, star traders elite
the S3 is coming out soon too. quad core processor, 2 gb ram, 12 mp camera that can capture 3D video...!

why would you get the galaxy s2 when you can get a galaxy nexus? unless you're attached to sprint.

the s2 has the better camera, you can add additional memory, gorilla glass, google wallet
galaxy nexus has better looking screen, faster updates, face detection
other than that they're almost identical in processing power and functionality once ICS goes live for the S2. i haven't been able to test them side by side or anything but my s2 is a battery hog as it is when i turn up the brightness to watch videos or play games, if the nexus eats even more battery because of the awesome screen it'd drive me mad.

my galaxy nexus battery is okay once i turned off words with friends updates. nothing great. but i get through the day.
i had an 8mp camera on my incredible and the pictures still sucked balls. the shutterless picture taking on the nexus is pure tits.

I loved my Evo but the touch screen stopped working RIGHT where you select texts and dial from contacts.
I can't wait for my epic. From what I understand it is close to twice as fast with more than double the battery life of the evo.
