I think his resemblance to a gnome has a lot to do with his overall lack of popularity. That and his whiny voice.

They said that about John McLame too, but somehow he is still wandering around like some kind of freaky life-like, animated muppet. We all seem to forget that these guys have the best medical care money can buy and often go out of country for treatment from the best in the world.
