What's his face was great in Shattered Glass.

Clearly he can act. He just couldn't act when George Lucas was running the show.

I watched him in The Departed today. He was very good in that. Not bad in Gangs of New York either. He is not the kind of actor who can become another person, i.e. Sean Penn or Kevin Kline, but he has presence and can portray emotion well.

In fact many of the actors in The Departed were presence type character actors. Sheen, Wahlberg, Baldwin, Nicholson. Matt Damon on the other hand put in one hell of a performance in that movie. He pretty much took the rest of them to school.

I like Leonardo.

Anakin was TERRIBLE. As a character, and the way this guy played him. I actually think the problem is that the little kid was too likable. It was too big a transition from that to this.
