imo, a 10/10 movie is one that you would rewatch SEVERAL times.

acid is alot like that, but you can't remember the pure genius of it.
also, it lacks focus and has serious side effects.

It was a meh movie all around. Plot was pretty weak, kind of like In Time. Mysterious stranger has access to unlimited power (Limitless: the drug; In Time: a thousand years) and then suddenly and mysteriously dies.

The 'twist' if anyone cares is that the nemesis in the movie uses the drug too. Some twist. *yawn*

The movie was what it was, and was somewhat entertaining, but it was pretty boring and predictable as far plot goes.
