I'll never be embarrassed for being an American.

I don't hate America like the embarrassing Republicans do.

A judge was able to block 20 some odd of the pardons because of a state law that requires anyone petitioning for a pardon advertise for 30 days previous.

Some had already served their sentences. He pardoned them so they could "get jobs, vote, hunt and fish again"

One was Brett Favre's brother who was drunk, stopped his car on a railroad track and his best friend was killed.

He had better never run for another office in the state, he won't get many votes now.

If I heard right only 26 hadn't already finished their sentence.13 of the 26 had sever medical conditions that was costing the state alot to treat and their conditions made them very unlikely to be any danger to society.5 of the 13 left worked at the governor's mansion and directly with the governor.I don't know about why the other 8 were pardoned.

I would be outraged if he had let someone that committed a crime against me or my family out early but it doesn't seem quite as bad as the media is hyping it up to be.

I strongly believe that most of our prisons sentences in the US are inhumanly too long,so that definitely effects how I see this.

If their stupidity didn't shelter them from the full shame of their actions, their would be alot more republican suicides.
