The guns are dumb looking, but i like the stocking tat. And, she didn't mess with the butt, which is win. 
Tats are the same as anything else, they can enhance or take away, depending on what they are and how well they're done. No different than makeup, hairstyle, clothing, piercing, etc., as far as i'm concerned.
