People place wayyyyyyy too much value on their thoughts at the end of life. If for 99% of your life you thought you should be chasing certain goals and you do that, that's a very good thing. You know what you want and you spend your time on that. That's great!
If you happen to change your mind at the very end, who the eff cares? You regret it for 5 minutes and then die. So what.
