I would have been happy to eat that over what was offered when I was in school. Nasty greasy garbage is not conducive to learning and developing good eating habits.
I know, I'm a hippy, but I enjoy eating healthy.

What can the kids do?
They been served sub-par fast food shit for years from their Ameritard parents, of course the majority of them are going to be impossible on this.

They do seem to have confused healthy food with ethnic food.
Why not grilled chicken (flavored with something healthy - citrus maybe?) cooked in some coconut oil served with fresh green beans good applesauce?
I'm no expert at cooking - in fact I suck at it. But they do seem to have way overcompensated.
