I didn't watch the entire video so I have nfc what claims Paul was making, but this is one of those 'conspiracy theories' that gets 'truer' every year as more stuff becomes de-classified.
I would concede that we will probably never get the true scope of involvement, but yeah, the CIA did have a hand in cocaine importation in the late 80's. That's a fact.
