This is because fundamentally those regulatory agencies have grown in size and power to the point that they've ceased to provide conscientious and necessary regulation for the betterment of the people and the nation. Instead they now live parasitically off of the efforts of others in a highly punitive, self-justifying, self propagating orgy of ineffectiveness which serves as a means to obfuscate the truth. That truth is that the government which created those agencies has lost the visionary quality which once made it and this nation great, and has become toxic in its own self-aggrandizing, self-serving hypocrisy.

Funny. I built a fence a couple of years ago - no federal agencies.
Last year we redid our floors - no federal agencies.
I'm currently trying to finish my garage - no federal agencies.
For that matter, no state agencies either.

That's just because you haven't been caught. You more than likely needed a permit and inspection for those things.
