Any advice at all? I hardly remember Diablo.

The free trial/demo?
Boring. Too easy. Boring.
I played through one time on my brother's account. No gear, and I didn't even have to drink a potion the whole way through.

The game is fun, it is an improvement over Diablo 2 in most every way.
I had two complaints with it.
1. it was too easy. I hope it scales up or lets you choose a harder difficulty to start.
2. The stream-lining of the skill and stat system went too far. We no longer get to choose our stat allocation, we no longer get to spend skill points. You just unlock skills and slots and then apply them, I think it takes something out of the game. It looks like there is nothing after level 30 or so, which is lame.

Yeah I heard it was extremely easy in the early parts of beta, I wonder if it is still. Granted isn't the game only up to like the skeleton king? I don't think he is the act 1 boss by any means I don't think, but I am not too sure. There's also going to be a difficult past hell called inferno, that might add a lot of interesting dynamics into the game
Also Diablo 2 was the same way, nothing past 30 it was all upgrades after that. I wouldn't expect to keep getting new skills the ENTIRE leveling range of the game. In D2 by level 95 you're not even really being serious about skill allocation anymore

The problem is there is no 'upgrade' system apparent.
Skills don't appear to have levels. So you won't be leveling up skills all the way to 99.

Ahhhh, I see..... that doesn't sound very awesome. So they all just scale with level?
There's also spell runes, isn't there different levels of those or are they all just one level?
