What is the proper dosage for a non opoid user for morphine sulphate Oral solution 100mg per 5 mL (20mg/mL)? Brand name Covidien.  My guess is around 4mg.

I'd start with 1 mL. Use the eyedropper they gave you. At that concentration, a teaspoon might knock you into a coma.
Narc tolerance will develop the more you use them. I know guys who could finish off a cup of that stuff over a day and ask for seconds.

1mL is 20mg.
My guess was 4 mg. That is 20% of 1mL. This is oral. How long does it take?

You have to take a lot more oral than IV. Your liver processes most of it out orally before it hits your body. It should hit within 15 minutes.
