How do you have a grand entrance at the Premier of your new movie if all of your principle actors are active duty US Navy SEALs?

Why... you do it this way of course:

I'm interested to know how all these sailors got enough time off to make the movie. Did they burn all their leave to do this or were they given time off? I'm an admin dweeb and I'm really interested in how/why they were given enough time to do this.
I'm sure I would have remembered reading about time off to make movies.

I'd assume that the movie is pretty much a long commercial for the SEALs so they were assigned to film it as part of their job.

Apparently they aren't the stars and mostly being used for commercial purposes. I guess the same way as other war movies.

That only answers how I have 60 days of leave on the books.

Well, if I have to spell it out to you, you've again answered. In your own way.
